Barbie Dream Mansion- This name was christened when a YoungLife staff member began spreading his idea for the name. It caught on at a social gathering and the rest is history. Fun fact: the 12 tribes cult lived here in the mid-90’s.
Gingerbread (GB)- This iconic fraternity house, now occupied by Pi Beta Chi, was named after the gingerbread houses you used to make with Grandma. Residents have claimed to see the ghost of Turner Ashby traversing the antiquated halls.

The Lighthouse- The yellow dormer is characteristic of lighthouses guiding ships through the darkness, shedding some light on the house’s name.
White House- The name says it all. This exclusively white house has a presidential ambiance to its exterior.
The House- The simple names are often the best. It’s a nice house with a big deck and a killer tire swing.
The Pink House- This shouldn’t need an explanation. They chose the tried and true method of naming a house after the color of its paint.
Dude Ranch- What happens at the Dude Ranch, stays at the Dude Ranch. Flo peeking out the window adds some irony to the name.
Dunkin Bronuts- Originally named the “Nut House,” the InterVarsity bros living here re-named it to fit with the newly added Student Success Center across the street.
