We’re back! After a long, relaxing break it is time again to get back into the daily grind. We at the Daily Duke team are here to help you have a productive and successful spring semester with these do’s and don’ts.
Do: Sit in the front.
Don’t: Sit in the back with your headphones in during class.
Do: Introduce yourself to the professor.
Don’t: Be anti-social.
Do: Begin your readings early.
Don’t: Wait to read the first chapter the third week of class.
Do: Write down upcoming assignments, tests, and papers somewhere you will remember them.
Don’t: Put the syllabus away and never look at it again!
Hopefully these simple tips will help make the start of the semester a breeze. Remember if you start out productive, the less work there will be in the end!
